Competition Organization

I was part of the core organization team for the Croatian preliminary competition of the Changwon K-POP World Festival. Working in collaboration with the Korean Embassy, I contributed to all stages of the event, from initial planning and promotion to execution.
My responsibilities included designing promotional materials, coordinating with judges, managing logistics, and leading the event on-site to ensure a smooth experience for participants and audience members.
